Wheat fiber is a cellulose-based, highly insoluble fiber used to increase the dietary fiber content of baked goods, bars, RTE cereals healthy snacks. It also offer functional benefits including binding, breakage reduction and flowability in powders. Tradelink wheat starch is imported from South America, Europe and Australasia, milled in the US and available in Organic and conventional forms. We can also produce wheat fibre with RTE status.
