Whole oat flour includes every part of the oat groat: the flour, the bran and the germ. Whole oat flour is popular in extruded RTE cereals, gluten-free baking applications and in waffle and pancakes mixes. Our whole oat flour is available in conventional, Organic and <10ppm gluten. Our partners in South America and Scandinavia grow and process some of the finest oats in the world.
