The richness of the soil, excellent climate, abundant water and human capacity, allowed Argentina to produce enough supply to keep up with the increasing demand for functional flours.
Functional flours are the specialized type of products which are hydro-thermally treated for a variety of applications in the food and beverages industry. They are used for making premium food products and are healthier than normal ingredients.
Since 1994 Tradelink has been serving the biggest retailers and food manufacturing companies with our large range of specialty flours. We have been working with an important producer for over 12 years now, the factory uses modern technology and applies strict quality controls. As to Quality Assurance, we also look at the fields where the product is grown to also minimise cross contamination issues. Other check points includes having harvesters, transport and storage facilities etc also vetted for gluten free status.
